Site publisher
The Croisly website is published for the Croisly service, available on the `croisly.nanocorp.app` domain, with the purpose of comparing Nile cruise options and collecting commercial inquiries that may, with consent, be shared with an identified travel partner for the relevant request.

Service scope
Croisly operates a media/comparator site and a lead-generation flow. The current version of the site does not directly sell travel services.
- Croisly compares content, price anchors, and Nile cruise options.
- Croisly collects quote requests and may qualify them before any transfer to a travel partner.
- Croisly is not a party to the final travel contract that may later be entered into between the user and the selected partner, unless a specific page states otherwise.
Hosting and infrastructure
Application hosting: Vercel. The site runs as a Next.js application deployed on the Vercel platform.
Forms and consent records are processed through Croisly/NanoCorp technical infrastructure, with PostgreSQL storage and internal notifications tied to request handling.
Intellectual property and liability
Text, page structures, comparison data, visuals, and software elements made available on the site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any substantial reproduction or reuse without prior authorization is prohibited.
Croisly aims to publish useful and coherent information, but does not guarantee permanent completeness of offers, product availability, price continuity, or the conclusion of a booking with any partner.
Site content is provided for information and commercial orientation purposes. Users remain responsible for reviewing the final terms offered by the travel partner they choose to engage with.
