Comparator and commercial lead-generation service for Nile cruises.
Purpose
The Croisly website lets users review Nile cruise comparison content and send a quote request to Croisly for possible routing to a travel partner.
- Access to the website is free, excluding internet connection costs.
- Submitting a quote request is free and non-binding.
- Using the site implies acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy.
User commitments
- Provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information when submitting a request.
- Do not use the form for spam, automated testing, identity misuse, or irrelevant inquiries.
- Confirm that you are an adult and authorized to provide the information submitted.
How quote requests work
Croisly receives the request and may review, qualify, or reject it if it is incomplete, inconsistent, out of scope, or suspected to be abusive.
When a travel partner is selected for the inquiry, Croisly may share only the information strictly needed for follow-up, subject to the consent given by the user.
Submitting the form does not create a booking, confirm availability, or guarantee a commercial acceptance by a partner.
Croisly’s role and liability limits
- Croisly acts as a comparator and commercial lead-generation service; unless stated otherwise, Croisly is not the final seller of the trip.
- Content, indicative pricing, and information on the site may change without notice.
- Croisly does not guarantee that a contract will be concluded with a partner, that an offer will remain available, or that third-party content will remain fully accurate at all times.
Intellectual property and contact
Site content remains protected. Any substantial extraction, copying, or unauthorized reuse is prohibited.
